So what all did it include? Well, I chose the Chalene Extreme Challenge Pack. It includes the workout videos, schedule, recipes, Shakeology, bonus videos, a coach booklet, and bands. I can't wait to start this program!
But, right now I'm still working out with my first love, Turbofire. ;) I'm just going to keep it real here and post a pic of me about to do Turbofire. This is first thing in the morning, just rolled out of bed, no makeup and ready to work! I do this five days a week, Monday through Friday. No excuses! Have a busy day planned? Get up earlier! I have learned that I can NOT put off my workouts until the afternoon or evening....life just gets in the way and I end up missing it. So, I get it done in the a.m.!
